Executive President and co-founder of the Todos Pela Educação movement.

§  Master in Public Administration from Harvard Kennedy School of Government, having received the outstanding student award in 2014/2015; 

§  Graduated in Business Administration from Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV-SP) and in Law from the University of São Paulo (USP);

§  Served as coordinator of the International Year of the Volunteer in Brazil, a project that received recognition from the United Nations in 2001;

§  Helped found the Faça Parte Institute in 2002, where she served as coordinator until 2005; 

§  In 2012, she received the Young Leadership in Education Award from Grupo Estado, and the Darcy Ribeiro Award, granted by the Education and Culture Commission of the Chamber of Deputies to Todos Pela Educação;

§  In 2017, she was a finalist for the Cláudia Award, in the Public Policy category. She is a member of the Governance Council of the Santa Catarina by Education Movement, and of the Advisory Council of the Judicial Research Department of the National Council of Justice (DPJ/CNJ);

§  Bachelor's degree in Administration from the Federal University of Santa Catarina, Master in Neurolinguistic Programming from the World Neurolinguistic Program Council;

§  Certified as Coach Genius by the International Society Of Neurosemantics;

§  Marketing specialist with an emphasis on sales from Fundação Getúlio Vargas;

§  High-impact communication researcher and creator of Jardel Beck Palestras Mágicas (Jardel Beck Magic Lectures);

§  Awarded at the Marrakesh International Magic Festival and has experience of over 500 presentations in 21 states of Brazil, reaching an audience of over 100,000 people throughout his career;
