On August 13 and 14, the Capixaba Law Week will host a Lecture Series, an event promising two intense days of learning, experience exchange, and reflections on advocacy. It will be a complete immersion in knowledge, bringing together prominent speakers who will share their perspectives, cases, and analyses on fundamental topics for legal practice.
The central theme of the Congress will be “Advocacy, Democracy, and Legal Certainty,” addressing the challenges and opportunities that permeate professional practice in a scenario of constant social, political, and technological transformations.

Free registration for lawyers in their first year of practice, with definitive registrations between 01/01/2025 and the present date.
HOW TO GET A REGISTRATION WAIVER?
1) Register in any category and click on "DO YOU HAVE A DISCOUNT COUPON?".
2) Enter your OAB number and confirm. The amount should become zero.
3) Finalize your registration.
Waiver registrations will be duly verified.
Donation
In partnership with Sesc Mesa Brasil, please make your donation of 2 kg of non-perishable food on the day of the event. The donation is optional.
The donation is independent of event registration. Please proceed with your registration normally.
1. Registration Cancellation and Substitution
Cancellation:
Due to the limited number of spots, cancellation with a refund will only be possible upon request made at least 3 (three) business days prior to the date of the Congress. The amount will be refunded without interest or monetary correction, with a 10% platform fee deducted.
To request a cancellation, access your order and click on CANCEL.
Substitution:
After the cancellation period, only the participant's name may be substituted, provided that the request is made at least 1 (one) day prior to the event and that the new registrant belongs to the same category as the original participant.
OAB Start Program:
If you were granted a spot through the OAB Start Program, we ask that you confirm your registration only if you are certain of your participation. Due to the limited number of spots, unjustified absence may prevent another colleague from having the opportunity.

2. Certification
The certificate will only be issued to participants who have at least 75% attendance in the Congress activities.

3. Program Changes
In exceptional cases, the Superior School of Advocacy (ESA) may make changes to the program, including speaker substitutions and changes to dates or times. Such adjustments will not incur any costs for registrants.

4. Use of Image
By participating in the Congress, the registrant authorizes the organization to record images, photographs, and videos of the activities, which may be used, at any time, for promotional purposes, both in print and digital media, including social networks, websites, and other institutional dissemination channels.

5. Refund for Event Cancellation or Date Change
In case of Congress cancellation due to force majeure or a date change, the participant will be guaranteed a full refund of the registration fee.
However, additional expenses, such as travel, accommodation, and the like, are the sole responsibility of the registrant.
