PRESENTATION
We live in an era marked by rapid and
profound transformations, driven by scientific advances, the development of new
technologies, and the constant evolution of professions. In this context, it is
essential to reflect on the transition from theoretical knowledge to
practical action, understanding how scientific and technological knowledge can be
applied responsibly, ethically, and innovatively in contemporary society.
The IV EXPO CIDADES CAPIXABAS: INNOVATION AND THE FUTURE
OF EDUCATION emerges as a response to the need to integrate thinking
with doing, knowing with acting, promoting dialogue between different areas of
knowledge, active professionals, students in training, and the community
in general.
PRIORITY AUDIENCE
The target audience of the IV EXPO CIDADES CAPIXABAS:
INNOVATION AND THE FUTURE OF EDUCATION is diverse. With a focus on a current
theme that interests everyone, the event is primarily aimed at:
OBJECTIVES
The proposal for the IV EXPO
CIDADES CAPIXABAS: INNOVATION AND THE FUTURE OF EDUCATION project is based
on three pillars:
a) Science as a basis for progress
Scientific production is fundamental for the
development of concrete solutions to social, environmental and
economic challenges. Valuing science is valuing critical thinking, research, and
the human capacity to transform realities.
b) Technology as a tool for transformation
Technology daily redefines how we live,
communicate and work. Discussing its role is essential to prepare
individuals and institutions for new digital, automated and
sustainable paradigms.
c) Professions in constant movement
The world of work is undergoing transformation: new
professions emerge, others reinvent themselves, and human competencies such as creativity,
empathy and adaptability become as important as technical mastery. It is
therefore necessary to reflect on professional training in the face of these
changes.
Thus, the event aims to articulate academic knowledge
and practical experiences, stimulating interdisciplinarity,
innovation and the protagonism of the participants, in addition to encouraging
reflective thinking about the role of professions in the future.
General Objective:
To promote a space for reflection, debate, and exchange of
experiences on the application of scientific and technological knowledge in
professional practices and social transformation.
Specific Objectives:
