XIII FENERGIA - ENERGY FORUM

MARKET OPPORTUNITIES IN THE ENERGY TRANSITION 

Fenergia is an energy sector forum, with 12 editions held between 2008 and 2021, it has established itself as a credible space for discussion and development of the sector in Espírito Santo.

This year, the 13th edition will be held and will have as its theme Market Opportunities in the Energy Transition, with an emphasis on the balance between measures to stimulate economic growth and the maintenance of decarbonization processes, in order to enable a just transition. To this end, public authorities and the market need to work side by side to boost investments in infrastructure and innovation projects, in addition to ensuring job creation in strategic sectors of the green economy, in an inclusive manner that dialogues with different realities.

OBJECTIVES:

1 - Produce a set of information, ideas, strategies, suggestions, and propositions that can contribute to the planning of accelerating the energy transition towards a more diversified, low-carbon, and environmentally and socially sustainable matrix;

2 - Identify and evaluate the need for changes and propositions of a regulatory, financing, and tax nature that can contribute to the increase of public and private investments in initiatives with low or zero greenhouse gas emissions;

3 - Discuss and gather subsidies and experiences that can contribute to accelerating the process of implementation, operation, production, consumption, and distribution of Gas in Espírito Santo, thus taking advantage of the existing productive potential;

4 - Accelerate, identify, and propose ways for Espírito Santo's insertion into the national energy scenario and in the production and development of renewable-based energy solutions;

5 - Facilitate and promote integration, partnerships, and forms of cooperation between the public and private sectors, companies, and public and private institutions for research and development of technologies and innovation in the field of energy;

TARGET AUDIENCE: Public and private managers, directors, partners, owners, investors, entrepreneurs, suppliers, service providers, private companies with an interest or activity in the energy sector or its respective chain 

SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY - In addition to contributing to the knowledge of its participants, the event also demonstrates a commitment to society, transforming part of the registration fee into support for a research entity, which in this edition will be the Instituto Gestão e Desenvolvimento Sustentável Arandú.
