PRESENTATION

ES ENERGIA – CAPIXABA FAIR OF ENERGY TRANSITION AND INNOVATION focuses on technologies, solutions, and initiatives aimed at transforming the energy sector in Espírito Santo, with an emphasis on sustainable, renewable, and efficient practices. 

The fair aims to bring together professionals, companies, researchers, and institutions that are developing or implementing innovations to accelerate the transition of the current energy model, in addition to inviting students from Public and Private High Schools to further promote the study of Science and Engineering within formal schools.  

As a mobilization fair, the event aims to promote understanding of the challenges and opportunities of energy transition, as well as to disseminate innovative and practical solutions for a more sustainable future. 

Furthermore, it features a program that ranges from lectures to innovation competitions, as well as being a suitable space for presentations and networking among visitors and participating professionals who work, directly or indirectly, in the energy, innovation, and sustainability sectors.

JUSTIFICATION

The global energy transition is an undeniable reality, driven by the need to combat climate change, ensure energy security, and promote sustainable development in communities. Espírito Santo, with its rich energy matrix and potential for renewable energies, plays a strategic role in this process. 

In this context, ES ENERGIA – CAPIXABA FAIR OF ENERGY TRANSITION AND INNOVATION emerges as a fundamental platform to accelerate the transformation of the energy sector in Espírito Santo. The fair aims to meet the growing demand for information, technologies, and innovative solutions that enable the integration of renewable sources, the modernization of infrastructure, and the optimization of energy consumption.

In short, ES ENERGIA is justified by its strategic relevance for the sustainable development of Espírito Santo, by connecting different actors in the energy sector and promoting the dissemination of knowledge, technologies, and innovative solutions that will drive the transition to a cleaner, safer, and more efficient energy matrix.

OBJECTIVES

ES ENERGIA aims to raise awareness, inform, and engage society about the necessary changes in the global energy matrix, focusing on the adoption of cleaner, renewable, and sustainable energy sources, promoting understanding of the challenges and opportunities of energy transition, and also disseminating innovative solutions and practices for a more sustainable future.

And, as a mobilization fair, the objective is to create a space for collaboration and knowledge exchange, where different audiences can engage with the theme of energy transition in a concrete and inspiring way, that is, by bringing together a wide range of social, political, and economic actors, the fair aims to:

•  Foster the development of public and private policies that encourage the transition to a cleaner energy matrix.

• Develop local solutions that help the state of Espírito Santo become an example of leadership in sustainability and innovation in the energy sector.

• Engage Capixaba society to adopt more sustainable practices in their homes, businesses, and communities, promoting a true social and environmental transformation.

This diversity of audiences is essential for creating a collaborative movement that has a lasting impact on society, both at the individual and collective levels, aligning local, regional, and even global interests.

The target audience of ES ENERGIA is diverse. Specifically, the fair addresses:

• Students from public and private networks, attending high school, technical and higher education;

• Educators from public and private networks, both high school and higher education;

• Researchers and Scientists;

• Companies and Research Institutions;

• NGOs and Volunteers;

• Professionals and Specialists in the energy transition sector;

• Governmental and political institutions;

• Businessmen and industry sector;

• Media groups.

PROGRAM

The event's program is still being developed in conjunction with the promoting, supporting, and sponsoring entities. However, the topics to be discussed have already been defined, as well as the structure and times.
