Professor Joaquim Falcão

Member of the Brazilian Academy of Letters and the Brazilian Historical and Geographical Institute. Ph.D. in Education from the University of Genève (1981), LLM from Harvard Law School (1968), graduated in Law from the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro (1966). He was the founder and director of the Law School of the Getúlio Vargas Foundation (RJ). He was a Counselor of the National Council of Justice (2005 to 2009).
