Sejam bem vindos ao I Congresso Capixaba de Ética e Compliance na Saúde, que acontecerá no dia 02 de outubro de 2020, no formato híbrido - presencial e online.
Voce pode escolher de qual forma quer participar deste congresso que reunirá os principais players do setor para reflexões e propostas sobre o futuro da Saúde, sobre a batuta do direito médico e acordos setoriais da área da Saúde.
O congresso vem a reboque de uma tendência internacional e nacional de discutir o que seriam, em terreno sólido, práticas licitas, sob o ponto de vista legal e autorregulatório, de procedimentos corriqueiros na área da saúde, como por exemplo: possibilidade de fomento a treinamentos, congressos médicos e estudos clínicos; condutas passíveis de punição junto aos conselhos de classe; possibilidade de doação de equipamentos e valores (filantrópicos ou avaliativos); possibilidade de cobrança de taxas hospitalares; requisitos de um programa de compliance efetivo na área da saúde (helthcare compliance); práticas passiveis de ilícito penal e administrativo por parte de médicos e gestores da área da saúde, dentre outros.
Como mencionado no paragrafo anterior, discutiremos as possibilidades de tratativas lícitas, descortinando a verdadeira REGRA DO JOGO, destinando-se o evento aos médicos, empresários e executivos do setor da saúde, aos compliance officers, aos consultores e aos profissionais da área de forma geral, que visam caminhar na difícil e cada vez mais perigosa área da saúde.

In case of loss, a fee of R$ 30.00 will be charged for issuing a second copy of the badge.
Cancellation / Refund:
Refund requests must be sent to the email: [email protected] and will be processed 20 days after the event.
• Requests sent until September 3, 2020, will receive a 90% refund of the amount;
• Requests sent until September 18, 2020, will receive a 70% refund of the amount;
• After this date, no refunds will be issued, only participant substitution.
