About the Event




Papo do Ano is the largest female leadership event in Espírito Santo, held annually by the Papo de Quinta – Female Leadership group.

Since 2018, Papo de Quinta has connected and transformed women through entrepreneurship, leadership, and knowledge. In its 3rd edition, with the theme “Women Who Challenge Limits”, the event will bring together more than 250 leading women, entrepreneurs, and professionals for a full day of immersion with thematic panels, exclusive workshops, and the traditional Papo’s Review.

Papo do Ano 2025 – Women Who Challenge Limits is the 3rd edition of the largest female leadership event in Espírito Santo.
