The 1st Southern Capixaba Congress, which will take place on May 15th, in Cachoeiro de Itapemirim, will bring together legal experts to discuss current and highly relevant topics for the legal profession, promoting a qualified space for reflection and professional updating.
Focusing on strengthening the legal profession in the south of the state, the congress aims to stimulate the exchange of experiences, broaden access to knowledge, and debate the main challenges and transformations in the legal area. The proposal is part of the OAB-ES strategy to decentralize continuing education, bringing important content and debates to different regions of Espírito Santo.
The realization of the congress represents a significant advance for the legal profession in the interior, bringing professionals closer to major discussions in the legal universe and expanding learning and networking opportunities.

Important Information about the Congress
1. Registration Cancellation and Substitution
Cancellation:
Due to the limited number of spots, cancellation with a refund will only be possible upon request made at least 3 (three) business days before the date of the Congress. The amount will be refunded without interest or monetary correction, deducting a 10% platform fee.
To request a cancellation, access your order and click on CANCEL.
Substitution:
After the cancellation period, only the participant's name can be substituted, provided it is requested at least 1 (one) day before the event and the new registrant belongs to the same category as the original participant.
Start OAB/ES Program:
If you were granted a spot through the Start OAB/ES Program, please confirm your registration only if you are sure of your participation. Due to the limited number of spots, unjustified absence may prevent another colleague from having the opportunity.

2. Certification
The certificate will be issued only to participants who have at least 75% attendance in the Congress activities.

3. Program Changes
In exceptional situations, the program may undergo changes, including the substitution of speakers and changes in dates or times. Such adjustments will not incur any costs to registrants.
4. Use of Image
By participating in the Congress, the registrant authorizes the organization to record images, photographs, and videos of the activities, which may be used at any time for promotional purposes, both in print and digital media, including social networks, websites, and other institutional dissemination channels.

5. Refund for Cancellation or Date Change of the Event
In case of cancellation of the Congress due to force majeure or a change of date, the participant will be guaranteed a full refund of the registration fee.
However, additional expenses, such as travel, accommodation, and the like, are the exclusive responsibility of the registrant.
