Registration

To register, you must
fill out the registration form with your personal information. You must provide
a valid email.
Please ensure that your
email address provided in the form is correct, as it will be
used in all Congress communications. Check your spam folder to
avoid communication problems.
Registration will only be
completed after payment confirmation.
*Proof of Student Category
For the STUDENT category,
proof must be attached to the registration form.
STUDENT: University statement
from 2026 or current student ID card.

Refund
Policy
Participants wishing
to cancel their registration must consider the following options and adjustments:
- Transfer of ownership, considering the same category as the already registered participant: the participant may request a transfer of registration ownership until August 25, 2026. The request must be sent to the email: [email protected]
- In case of withdrawal from
the Congress registration, cancellation will be accepted when requested by
email: [email protected], sent to the Organizing Committee
of the 16th ES Orthopedics and Traumatology Congress. The refund will be
50% of the amount paid. The refunded amount will be paid without interest and without monetary adjustment. After July 20, 2026, no refund request will be accepted.
